I am an award-winning author and business advisor focused on helping owners build stronger, more profitable, more valuable, and less founder-dependent small businesses.
My books follow a practical progression: first build business strength and durability, then implement a continuity and succession plan, and finally become a good steward to your stakeholders. In that order - because until a business can stand on its own, there is only so much good it can do for anyone else.
