If I can help you (or perhaps one of your professional service clients) build a founder-independent and lasting business that makes a real difference, I offer two easy, predictable pathways to make the process successful and as easy as possible:

1) A flat-fee engagement of $3,500 for 15 hours over about six months to design, engineer, teach, and implement a detailed, client-specific succession plan. This level of consulting involves both current and future owners, their accountants and attorneys, and even getting the math figured out. It is a turn-key process.

2) A flat-fee engagement of $1,250 for 5 hours over 90 days (with a quick start feature for clients in a hurry) in which I work directly with just one person and one generation of current or future ownership. This level includes gathering facts and goals, educating on options and strategies, and working to lay out a detailed and client-specific plan of action.

I am not an investment banker looking to sell your business for a generous commission. I am just an experienced consultant, doing what I love to do. Know that I will take good care of your dreams or your referred professional service clients! I literally wrote the book(s) on this.
