I have finished my new book, The Founder’s Treadmill! It will be available for preorder April 16th. This book is shorter than my other works and is designed to be more of a field guide to help small business owners over many years and they move from a totally founder dependent business to a strong, durable, founder independent model, or as close to that ideal as you prefer.
This book took me about 500 hours to write. I understand that in this day and age, some folks use AI and just push a button, more or less. That is not how I do it, and that is not what you deserve. This book is built to be read in hours, not days or weeks. It is written and formatted to accommodate a business owner’s hectic schedule.
By the way, the first 400 hours of writing time on a book like this takes it to the 90% level of completion. It takes another 100 hours or so to gain that last 10%, and that is the hardest work of all.
I have very high hopes for this little book. It is really needed out there.
